NANCY NOMELLINI
Nancy Nomellini is the founder and owner of Mother Yoga Seattle, a beloved community-centered studio rooted in service, practice, and devotion. A devoted practitioner and international teacher with deep Eastern roots, Nancy has been teaching for nearly two decades, guiding students through yoga as a path of inquiry, embodiment, and transformation. Over the years, she has led yoga retreats, teacher trainings, and workshops across the United States, and has facilitated sacred yoga pilgrimages throughout Europe and Asia, creating spaces for students to immerse themselves in both practice and the living traditions that inform it.
Nancy has taught within multiple teacher training programs throughout the West Coast and brings a wealth of experience to her work, bridging ancient yogic wisdom with modern-day application. Her teaching is known for its depth, clarity, and sincerity, inviting students to approach yoga not simply as movement, but as a lifelong discipline rooted in self-study, compassion, and purpose.
At the heart of Nancy’s work is a deep devotion to yoga philosophy and a commitment to liberation as a lived practice. She believes yoga is a path toward freedom and dignity for all beings, and her teaching is guided by a vision of care and reverence for people, animals, and the planet. Through her leadership, Mother Yoga Seattle has become a sanctuary for community, reflection, and meaningful connection.
