Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is a slower-paced class than Vinyasa, make no mistake-slower doesn't mean easier. This is a strong practice. Poses are held longer, allowing us to blend strength with balance and stillness to build awareness and ease.

Yin

Yin is a quiet practice of long-held floor poses that are deeply nourishing. This practice offers the opportunity to find a profound release of tension in the body's deeper-lying tissues and can significantly increase one's range of motion. In yin, we use props—blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps.
