This workshop will focus on nourishing the kidneys and urinary bladder. These meridians run through the superficial backline of the fascia, so we will focus primarily on backbends and forward bends. These poses will increase our energy and energy reserves, improve sleep, and bring mental calm. Everyone will receive a mini bottle of Peppermint essential oil.
