Your presence helps these folks find their rhythm, find their flow, and build confidence in themselves. These are fresh voices in our community, and we are honored to be a small part of their journey.

Let’s laugh, move, and learn something new.
A unique experience that blends yoga, intention, and the energy of crystals in a fun and welcoming environment. We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and create space for whatever you’re calling into your life. After our flow, you’ll explore the Crystal Bar 333 experience, where you’ll learn about different crystals, discover their meanings, and choose one that resonates with you. You’ll receive an intention card, and leave with a take-home crystal as a reminder of your practice.
No yoga experience or crystal knowledge is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, healing, connection, or simply a fun afternoon of self-care, this workshop offers a space to relax, recharge, and enjoy the journey.
