Class 1: Introduction to Mindfulness & Everyday Awareness - 60min.
Learn what mindfulness really is, why it works, and how to weave it into daily routines. Practice mindful breathing, eating, and listening while exploring simple ways to reduce stress and stay present.
Class 2: Building Your Meditation Practice - 60min.
Deepen your skills by exploring different meditation styles and learning how to set up your own practice at home. Discover how to handle distractions, calm a busy mind, and enjoy a guided 10-15 minute meditation.
Shinrin-Yoku - Forest Bathing

We open the doors of Nirvana Yoga for the remembrance and celebration of those who walk in spirit! This is a come-and-go gathering-bring photos of your loved ones, marigold flowers, candles, their favorite sweets, and anything else that would bring a smile to their face. Together, we’ll build an altar of memory and love in celebration of those who came before us.
Step in, light a candle, leave an offering, share a moment. The studio will be open for you, your family, and your ancestors.

Seasonal Yin Workshop
Autumn: Yin Yoga + Essential Oils

A fall-inspired yin yoga practice with poses focused on moving Chi through the lungs and large intestine meridians.
Each participant will receive a sample of Siberian Fir essential oil to use during the practice. Refreshing and woody, known for its relaxing qualities.
Yin yoga is a quiet practice of long-held floor poses that are deeply nourishing. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, yin targets the energetic pathways known as meridians, bringing balance to both body and spirit.
