Karma Yoga
Benefit by Donation - Gentle Vinyasa
July 13th & July 27th. 2pm - Tommy
Karma = Action.
Actions create the world we live in. Every choice, every step, every breath ripples out.
When Tommy came to us and said he wanted to offer a donation-based class to support local charities, it wasn't just a good idea—it was a practice. It was a yoga. Karma Yoga.
This class is an open invitation to step into that practice with him. Move your body, Open your heart, and let your presence become a vehicle for change. Donations from this class go straight to local folks through KenTon Meals on Wheels.
