Your presence helps these folks find their rhythm, find their flow, and build confidence in themselves. These are fresh voices in our community, and we are honored to be a small part of their journey.

Sound Healing: an Invitation

Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Session

The intention for this session will be focused on an invitation to Self-knowing. The path of Self-knowing is a multifaceted one. The invitation involves creating and nurturing a space that provides intentional time for self-listening and self-observation.


Guests will be invited to release anything that they feel they may be holding on too tightly to, or where they are trying to control the outcome of a situation. The vibrations and frequencies that come through the session will act as an aid to release, which will bring in new energy and clarity.


Guests are invited to share their experience at the end of the session which can open the pathway for greater understanding of their overall experience.


What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is the practice of using sound vibrations and frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During a healing session, frequencies, and vibrations "wash" over you, assisting in the release of stress and tension while also aligning and balancing your energy and chakras.


Please note: If anyone has a pacemaker or anything electronic attached to their person, they should not sit in on this session. Frequencies can affect these devices.

Let’s laugh, move, and learn something new.

 
A unique experience that blends yoga, intention, and the energy of crystals in a fun and welcoming environment. We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and create space for whatever you’re calling into your life. After our flow, you’ll explore the Crystal Bar 333 experience, where you’ll learn about different crystals, discover their meanings, and choose one that resonates with you. You’ll receive an intention card, and leave with a take-home crystal as a reminder of your practice.


No yoga experience or crystal knowledge is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, healing, connection, or simply a fun afternoon of self-care, this workshop offers a space to relax, recharge, and enjoy the journey.
