What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is the practice of using sound vibrations and frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During a healing session, frequencies, and vibrations "wash" over you, assisting in the release of stress and tension while also aligning and balancing your energy and chakras.
Please note: If anyone has a pacemaker or anything electronic attached to their person, they should not sit in on this session. Frequencies can affect these devices.

September 14th begins a 10-day festival to honor Lord Ganesha, the embodiment of intelligence, the remover of obstacles, leader of the gang.
We celebrate by bringing a clay Ganesha Murti to our home altar. It's fruit, flowers, love, and respect for the next ten days, and then...It's time for him to go home. The clay Murti is submerged into a river or lake. Escorted by flower petals, the Murti dissolves, and Ganesha returns home to Mount Kailash.
